I was a high school friend of Bob's. I have not seen him in over 30 years. A friend told me that Bob died. My sympathy to you his family. I will remember Bob in prayer. May God be good to him, show His Mercy to him and cleanse him from any sin or wrong he had done.
The picture you posted looks so much like the Bob in knew. I know you will surely miss him. I thank God for the times I had with Bob. Peace.

3/17/17--I was saddened to see Bob's obituary in the paper. He lived briefly at
Salina School Apartments, just 2 doors down from me, and I got to know him as a gentlemanly fellow, who always greeted me in the morning that summer when he went out to sit at the picnic table and I was doing my morning walk around the 2d floor for exercise. When I heard he had moved out to live with his daughter in Elbridge because of his poor health, I was really sad to see him go because he was a good tenant here and a benefit to the building. I had wondered how he was doing; and I now wish to extend condolences to the family. You don't have to know someone well or a long time to miss their presence, and I know he is at peace now and with the Lord.

In error I posted a condolence to Bob's brother Jim. If I read Bob's Obit completely, I would have realized Jim Jr. is predeceased. Sorry for this error, however, my condolences go out to all of Bob's loved ones. Bob and I were childhood friends and had a great sense of humor. Such a nice family too. God Bless you all.

Made error in previous initial post. Bob's brother was listed in his Obit. as predeceased as I missed it. My sincere apology for that
