Roger F. VanAuken

Roger F. VanAuken, 39 of Auburn, NY passed away unexpectedly on Friday October 27, 2023. With his clever sense of humor and as a fellow keeper of many inside jokes, Roger always brought lots of joy and laughter to those around him. He will always be remembered for his incredible knack for technology and computers. Roger loved learning and could always be counted on to find the solution to any problem. His unbelievable talent was flourishing at Bo-Mer Plastics where he met many friends and mentors.

Roger is survived by his Mom and best friend Maggie Lawton and best bonus Dad Rodney Filkins, his soul mate of 16 years Kristen "Kiki" Lumb and their four legged son Obie, his dear sister Kira VanAuken and brother in law Stephen Bryant, his father Russell VanAuken and wife Cherie, the Lumb family who absolutely adore him, plus all of his special nieces & nephews that love their "Unk" aka "Uncle Tito", as well as many other wonderful family and close friends who love him deeply.

Calling hours are Friday November 3rd, 2023 from 4pm-7pm at Bush Funeral Home 120 E. Main St, Elbridge NY 13060 with a Celebration of Life to follow at The Wayside in Elbridge.
