Robert L. Greenwald

Robert L. Greenwald, 86, of Elbridge passed away on Friday, January 24, 2020. Born in Syracuse, he was the son of the late Adam and Anne (Mueller) Greenwald. Bob was married to Alma Greenwald in 1958. 

Robert was a high school graduate, and served in the United States Air Force. After a career at Martin Marietta and General Electric, he became a self-employed carpenter and real estate investor. He enjoyed fishing, boating, and family events.

Robert is predeceased by his wife, Alma Greenwald, and sister, Barbara (Greenwald) Greenwood.  Robert is survived by his son and daughter-in-law John Greenwald and Mary Beth (Williams) Greenwald of Rochester, and daughter Susan Greenwald of Sedona AZ. Also surviving are grandchildren, Deanna (Hobson) Carr, Andrew Hobson, and Samantha Berkhead, and a great-granddaughter Talia Carr.  Robert has many nieces and nephews. 

Friends may call at Bush Funeral Home, 120 E. Main St. (Rt. 5), Elbridge, NY 13060 on Saturday, February1, from 2 to 4p.m.   A spring burial service will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Jordan.
