Richard E. Jarosz

Richard E. Jarosz, 80, of Jordan passed away Tuesday. Born in Newark, NJ, Richard moved to Jordan in 1982. He was formerly a branch manager at Graybar and later was employed at Home Depot, Camillus. He served in the US Air Force from 1959 to 1963. Richard was a fireman in W. Keansburg, NJ and he helped the Jordan Fire Department when ever asked. He was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, Baldwinsville. He was predeceased by his daughter Lorraine Switzer in 2020. Surviving are his wife of 59 years, Burnice, son Richard, daughter Jackie Jarosz, and 3 grandchildren. Calling hours will be 4-7pm Monday, March 28th at the Bush Funeral Home, 120 E. Main St. (Rt. 5) Elbridge with a service to follow at 7pm with the Rev. Hannah Benedict officiating. Burial will be in Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
