Patricia Ann Jaeger

Patricia Ann Jaeger, born on January 17th, 1952, in Hempstead NY, went home to be with the Lord on December 21st, 2025.

She was predeceased by her parents Daniel and Elizabeth Jaeger, and sister Kathleen (Kathy) Bench.

Patti is survived by her sisters Meta Jaeger Roth and Joan Jaeger. Her sons Jeremiah Jaeger and wife Kimberly, Linh Nguyen and wife Christina, and her daughter Naomi Jaeger. Her nine grandchildren, Kaleb, Sierra, Anthony, Khoi, Liem, Vy Lan, Zachery, Avery, and Zoe. As well as many other beloved family members.

Patti dedicated many years to helping raise, and care for, her grandchildren. She was affectionately known to them as Nanny, or Mamma Swagger. Whether they were crafting, visiting parks, or quietly reading, they created many lifelong memories together. She discovered a love for quilting later in life and blessed many with her creations.

The Celebration of Life service to remember Patricia (Patti) Ann Jaeger will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, Patti kindly requested donations be made to: Francis House 108 Michaels Ave. Syracuse, NY 13208
