Mary Jane Hoalcraft Rettig, 84,formerly of Camillus passed peacefully on July 28, 2024 at the Iroquois Nursing Home.
Born in Syracuse, NY, Mary Jane was a graduate of St. Lucy’s Academy. She retired from Bell Atlantic after a 35-year long career. Mary Jane was a voracious reader of books and talented artist creating many drawings and paintings.
Mary Jane is predeceased by her son Mark Hoalcraft, her husband Bernard Hoalcraft and second husband Paul Rettig. She is survived by her sons, Jeffrey Hoalcraft of Livonia, NY and Stephen Hoalcraft of Elbridge, NY, a step-daughter, Becky Bliss of Lutz, FL, sisters Rosalie Gooley of Cazenovia, NY and Helen Liddle of Orlando FL, several grandchildren, a great-grandchild, several nieces and nephews. Private graveside services will be in Maplewood Cemetery, Camillus.
