Martin "Bubby" Oster

Martin Keith “Bubby” Oster, 67, of Jacks Reef, an avid outdoorsman, passed away peacefully in the home he built, surrounded by his partner of 30 years, Doreen Farrar and his beloved dog Coco on Dec. 15, 2024. Born on June 3, 1957, Martin was predeceased by his parents, Louis and Jessie Helen Oster. He graduated from Jordan Elbridge High School and worked for NYS DOT in Camillus, NY. Martin was a proud member of the Jordan American, SAL Post 1127 for many years. Bubby loved music and Westerns. In addition to Doreen, he is survived by his sisters Rhoda (Bill) Hatter, Melissa (John) Suflita, and Teresa (Robert) Wilson as well as a niece, two nephews, and a great-niece.

Friends are invited to call 3-6pm Friday, Dec. 20th at Bush Funeral Home, 120 E. Main St. (Rt. 5), Elbridge. May his memory be a blessing to all that knew him. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of CNY.
