Lois E. (Polmanteer) Martin

Lois E Martin, 89, passed away April 21, 2025 at her home in Florida. 

She was born in Syracuse, NY and was the daughter of John and Minnie Polmanteer.  Lois was a life-long resident of the Jordan Elbridge area only recently having moved to the state of Florida.

Lois retired from the Jordan Elbridge Central School District following several years as a Teacher Assistant.

Lois is survived by her son, Steven Martin, daughter Kristine (Lance) Tucker, 3 grandchildren Trevor Fletcher (Brittany Bagarozzi), Sydney Fletcher (Zach Blaisdell), Alexandria (Tyler) Heverly, 1 sister, Myrna Klock and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews (and great great).

Lois was predeceased by her husband, Marty (O. D.) Martin whom she was married to for over 64 years.  In addition to her husband, Lois was predeceased by 5 brothers and their wives, 1 sister, 1 niece and 5 nephews.

Per Lois's request, there were no calling hours and a small graveside service will be held In Maple Grove Cemetery, Jordan, NY at the convenience of the family.
