Kathleen Ann Bartlett Porter Hilliard, 63, passed away on Friday, March 31st, 2023 in Jordan, NY.

Kathy was born in Carson City, NV to Caroline Guy on February 9th, 1960. Caroline married John Wayne Bartlett when Kathy was young and he was a loving father to her. She graduated from Marcellus High School and stayed in Central NY for all her adult life.

Kathy was a loving mother and grandmother and a devoted spouse and friend. She worked for Seneca-Cayuga ARC (now Mozaic) as a caregiver of people with disabilities for more than 20 years. She enjoyed crafts and online games and was always kind and generous.

Kathy is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, David Bartlett.

Kathy is survived by her spouse James Bound; children Rebecca (Deborah) Vingee, Elizabeth Hilliard, and Kristen Hilliard of NY; her sister Catherine Wood of PA; her brother Darryl Bartlett of TN; four grandchildren Maxwell, Miles, Eloise, and Sawyer Vingee; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and friend and housemate Russell St. Laurent.

Friends may call Saturday, April 8th from 10am until 11am with a Memorial Service following at 11am in the Jordan United Methodist Church, 63 Elbridge St. Jordan, NY 13080.
