Surrounded by her loving family, on September 8, 2022, Joan Williams, 80, peacefully took her last earthly breath and transitioned to her eternal home.

 Joan is survived by her adored children, Kimberly Pickard (Ed Dudley) of East Aurora, NY; Gerald Pickard (Doralynn) of Pennellville, NY; Karen Seager of Elbridge, NY; her step children, Christina Williams Klaisle (Jim) and Chuck Williams of Syracuse, NY; her brother, Robert MacArthur of Syracuse, NY; her sister, Evie Tefft of Henrietta, NY; her six beloved grandchildren, Rachel Seager, Lauren Wall, Ryan Pickard, Mallory Seager, Kendra England and Lillian England; four precious great grandchildren (Blake, Riley, Kyle and Madison); as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Joan is predeceased in death by her beloved husband, Chester Williams; her long-time companion, Mike Fortier; her mother, Hazel MacArthur, her sister, Beverly Zalvis; and, her two step-daughters, Cindy and Cathy Williams.

 Joan’s entire world was her family. She was a factory worker her entire working life, she loved the New York Yankees and playing A LOT of cards.

 A Memorial Service for family and friends will be held at Grace Covenant Church, 5300 Route 31, Clay, NY at 11:00a.m., Wednesday, September 14, followed by a luncheon.
