Jeffrey Michael Gage

Jeffrey “Jeff” Michael Gage, 59, of Memphis, NY (Jacks Reef) passed away on October 29, 2022. Jeff was born January 25,1963 in Cheektowaga, NY to Carolyn Ann Gage and Alfred Lee Gage. Jeff graduated from New Berlin High School in 1981 and went on to receive his Associates Degree from Herkimer Community College. With is degree, Jeff worked as a Senior Programmer for Computer Aid Inc. through NYS Department of Transportation.

Jeff was a lover of sports. He was a diehard Cowboys, Red sox, and Syracuse fan. Jeff also played baseball and football in high school. In his early years, he raced canoes before becoming a father. His love for the river continued when he bought a home on Seneca River and lived there 26 years. Jeff will be remembered as a brother to many, a friend to all.

Jeff was predeceased by his wife Marny Taylor Gage, his sister Susan Winters, cousin Stacy Gage. Jeff is survived by his parents Carolyn and Al, siblings, Brian Gage, Steve (Paulette) Gage, Scott (Debbie) Gage, Shari Gage (Neil Platt), children Leighann (Felix) Gonzalez, Jobi (Kati) Gage, Ashleigh Gage and grandchildren Ryli, Bentley, Grady and Zoey.

Jeff’s family will have a Celebration of Life on Sunday November 20th at the Skaneateles Falls American Legion Post 317 from 1-5pm. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Diabetes Association.
