Jason R. Norfolk

Our community, friends, and family lost the most amazing bright light unexpectedly on December, 29th 2020, Jason Norfolk, aged 32 from Jordan, NY. He was employed as a supervisor with Apple Roofing. He attended Utica College, was a member of the TKE fraternity, and member of the Empire Football League the Utica Yard Dogs. He was a hard worker, amazing father, avid fisherman, and lived his life every minute to its fullest. He is survived by the love of his life and fiancé (wife in our eyes and his) Katherine Oleksak, 2 beautiful daughters Riley (5) and Regan (2) Norfolk, his parents George and Martha Norfolk, 2 sisters Alicia Norfolk and Tiffany (Brian) Adao, Nieces Martha, Sophia, Brittany, Uncle and Aunt Ralph and Jackie Norfolk, Cousins Shaun and Chris Norfolk, and blessed by countless friends. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, friends may make contributions to the family to Katherine Oleksak at 5815 Jordan Rd. Jordan, NY 13080.
