James R. Calkins, 82, of Warners passed away peacefully at home on Jan. 27, 2020 after a long illness. He is survived by his wife Wilma (Snow) Calkins, children Kevin (Jennifer) Calkins, Melissa (James) Wolfe and Kimberly (Jeff) Stevens and sisters Diane (Gene)Koprowski, Joanne Bonaventura, 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Jim served his country by joining the Army National guard then the Air National Guard for 4 years each. In 1997 he retired from Carrier Corp. after 40+ years of service. Calling hours will be 4-7pm Thursday, Jan 30th at the Bush Funeral Home, 120 E. Main St. (Rt. 5) Elbridge. Funeral service will be 11am Friday, Jan 31st at the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Hospice of the Finger Lakes.
