Harold M. Staring, 77, of Elbridge passed away Saturday, Oct. 16th, at home with his beloved dog Cinny by his side. Born in Rome, NY, Harold retired from Hoffman Air & Filtration. Following retirement he continued to work for Temco service industries. Harold enjoyed stock car racing with his brothers in his younger years and then watching the televised races as he aged. He had an avid love for keeping up his flower garden, fishing, WWE wrestling, tinkering with anything he could get his hands on and ultimately, spending time with his family especially his grand kids and great grand kids.
Harold is survived son William of Jacks Reef, daughter Patti of Solvay, Sara of Elbridge, brothers Earl Jr., Clarence, Raymond, and sister Faye. Grandchildren Stacey, Christopher, Nicole, Jacob, Samantha, Hannah, and Isabella, great grandchildren Brianna, Brayton, Brooklyn, Jenna, Ellie and Hunter, several nieces, nephews, and loyal friends. Calling hours will be 4-7 pm Monday, Oct. 25th at the Bush Funeral Home, 120 E. Main St. (Rt. 5) Elbridge with a prayer service to follow at 7pm. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Altmar.
