Elizabeth M. Lyon, 96, formerly of Camillus passed away Thursday. Born in Camillus, she was the daughter of Sidney and Sarah Forbes.  She was predeceased by her husband Milan “Ike” Lyon in 2009. Liz was a member of the Camillus Baptist Church and formerly volunteered in the Nearly New Shop. She had been active with the Jordan-Elbridge and Port Byron Senior Citizens. Liz was a kind and gentle lady who had a beautiful smile and heart  warming laugh. She was a devoted wife to Ike and they were a wonderful couple. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. Private graveside services will be in Maplewood Cemetery, Camillus. Contributions may be to the Camillus Baptist Church or a favorite charity.
