Craig Eugene Gravina

Craig E. Gravina, 67, of Miami, FL, formerly of Camillus, passed away peacefully in Miami May 18, 2020 after long illness. He was born in Syracuse the son of Arthur Gravina and Jane Ohlson.  He was the first-born grandson of Vito and Fannie Gravina and Harry and Charlotte  Ohlson. Craig lived in Camillus and was a graduate of West Genesee High School. He attended Ithaca College and finished his education at Syracuse University where he graduated with a dual degree in English (Liberal Arts) and Advertising (Newhouse Journalism School) and began working in New York City with the firm of Grey Advertising.

He was predeceased by his father, Arthur Gravina and his step-father Elwood “Al” Alvord.

He is survived by his mother Jane O. Alvord of Elbridge and three siblings, Christine A. (Gerald) Groves of Portland, TN, David A. Gravina of Angola, NY and Steven W. Gravina of Trumansburg, NY and four step-siblings Gregory C. Alvord, Alan R. Alvord, Pamela A. Spirko, and Kristi J. Avalos. 

Private graveside services will be held at a later date.
