Clifford L. Side Sr. 78, of Jordan passed away Saturday, June 27th at home. Born in Alexandra Bay to the late George and Marylou Side. He was predeceased by his son Clint in 2014.

Survived by his wife of 39 years Diana, son Clifford “Kip” Side Jr. wife Kayla and grandchildren Allie and Wade of Weedsport and Felicity Side of Bothell, WA.   Clifford worked at Crucible Steel for 38 years. He was a member of USWA. He also volunteered for the Erie Canal Committee and gave tractor rides at the Jordan Fall Festival. Until he got sick he rode his golf cart on the canal to maintain the canal from Jordan to Memphis with his best friend Maggie (His Black Lab).  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Jordan Ambulance Fund, 1 N. Hamilton St. Jordan, NY 13080
