Carl Raymond Rusaw
February 4, 1948 – July 24, 2022

Carl Raymond Rusaw, age 74, of Weedsport, NY, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, July 24,
2022. He was born in Syracuse, NY to the late Stanley V and Marion (nee VanHoltz) Rusaw.
Carl worked as a general contractor alongside of his dad for many years. He was always willing to help
anybody, anytime that he could. He was a caring and loving dad, grandpa, brother, uncle, friend and companion. He
enjoyed a simple life, garage sales, camping, listening to country music, watching television and family.
Carl was a very straight forward kind a guy. He will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his companion, Jennifer Rusaw of Weedsport, NY; former wife, Olivia A(Brown) Rusaw of Middleport, NY; his
beloved cat Callie; his siblings, Stanley (Sharon)Rusaw of Colorado, Richard Rusaw of Connecticut and
Evelyn (Herb) Grubbe of Georgia; his five kids, Carolyn M (Mark) Edmister of Lockport, NY, Cynthia S
(Ronald) Wehrmeyer of Fort Mill, SC, Patricia M (David) LaQuay of Monroe, NC, Carl B (Amber Lewis)
Rusaw of Tempe, AZ and Joseph R (Tiffany) Rusaw of Salisbury, NC; He is also survived by his eleven
grandchildren and two great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he is also predeceased by his sister, Virginia A. Rusaw and a niece, Darcy
Rusaw.
Family and friends can pay their respects on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at Bush Funeral Home, 120 E. Main Street,
Elbridge, NY from 2-4pm and a service to follow at 4pm.
