Bruce Edward Foote

Bruce Edward Foote of Elbridge passed away peacefully at home on April 30, 2022. Bruce was born June 5, 1939 in Syracuse. He graduated from Elbridge Central School where he played football and basketball. Bruce was employed by New Process Gear Division of Chrysler for 34 years. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was especially fond of spending time in Canada at the family cottage on the Big Rideau. Bruce was a great talker who loved kidding with those he came to know.

Bruce is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years Dorothy Gale (Willis) Foote, son Brian (Diana) Foote, daughter Shelly (Jack) Lee, grandson Samuel Foote, granddaughter Noelle Alexander, great-grandson Kade Foote, brother Joseph Foote, sisters Marie (Duane) Wise and Laura (Richard) Scranton along with several nieces and nephews.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
