Brenda Lee Wilson

Brenda L. Wilson of Auburn, NY passed away on Monday, September 9, 2024 at St. Joseph Hospital after a courageous battle with Mesothelioma with loving family by her side.

Brenda was born on July 1st, 1963, in Auburn, NY to Marilyn Wolfanger and Leonard Wilson.  Brenda enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren & traveling to visit them out of state.

Brenda was employed at Owen-Illinois (Brockway) Glass Containers for 26 years until she got sick.  She was a hard worker and dedicated to this plant.

Brenda was predeceased by her parents Leonard and Marilyn Wilson; her sister Debbie Sobotka; and her brother Scott Wilson. 

Brenda is survived by her children; her son Joseph (Nicole) Langworthy, her daughter Jennifer Mattes (Jeff DeCaro), her grandchildren Bella, Kaiden, Jenna, Liam and Emma; and her great-grandchildren Odin and Wyatt. 

She is also survived by her siblings; Genia (Bob), Cathy (Bob), Lori (Mike), Ron (Cindy), Rick (Laura), Brian (Sandy), Carol (Mike) and Joanie (Bob); and numerous nieces, nephews, and co-workers. 

Calling hours will be 4-7pm Monday, September 16th at Bush Funeral Home, 120 E. Main St. Elbridge, NY.  Graveside services will be 1:00pm Tuesday, September 17 th in Maple Grove Cemetery, Jordan.
