On September 30, 2019, Aleksandra Maria Vesosky, 86, of Elbridge, passed away suddenly. Aleksandra was born in Wilno, Poland. Having survived exile to Siberia during WWII, she and her family eventually settled in Weedsport, NY. She has lived in Elbridge since 1971. Aleksandra attended Alfred University and Syracuse University studying Ceramics and Fine Arts. She had a passion for art and learning. Aleksandra volunteered her time teaching art to children and enjoyed being a judge of youth fine arts at the NYS Fair for many years. She loved and adored her grandchildren. She was known for her artistic style and her kind and generous spirit.
Aleksandra was preceded in death by her parents, Nicholas and Jadwiga (Ramotowski) Suszynski; her husband of 52 years, Edward; her daughter, Alexa in 1962; and her siblings Bogdana, Marta, Stasiek, Nicholas Suszynski, and Mary Kiel. She is survived by her children, Isabella Stahl of Baldwinsville; Michael Vesosky of Elbridge; Diana Vesosky of Pittsford; her sister Jadwiga Bliss of San Diego; 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
A private service will be held for family and friends in the future.
