Victor G. Lippert, 83, formerly of Memphis, NY, most recently of Ocala, FL, went home to be with his Savior on Saturday, December 7, surrounded by his loving family.
Vic proudly served his country in the US Army. He worked for 30 years with Heat & Frost Insulators Local 30, retiring in 1996.
Vic loved his classic cars and enjoyed hunting, golfing, boating, bowling, SU sports, and game nights with his kids and grandkids. He was a 61 year member of Jordan Masonic Lodge #386 F&AM.
Vic was predeceased by his first wife Maude, brothers Maury and Jon, daughter Cindy Maslak, grandson Craig Sharpe, and granddaughters Amanda and Kaitlyn Lippert.
He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Eileen; son-in-law Joe Maslak; daughters Patti (Paul) Loran and Vicki (Sam) Piazza; and son Fred (Debbie) Lippert; stepchildren Steve (Ann) Hurst and Vicky Sharpe; 17 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson; sisters Pat (Tom) Garroutte and Betsy Greene (Andy DuBarr); and sisters-in-law Shirley and Jean Lippert.
Friends and family are invited to attend a Masonic service at 11 am on Saturday, December 14, at the Jordan Lodge, 14 N. Main St., Jordan, followed by a Memorial Service at 1 pm at the First Baptist Church of Memphis, 1960 W. Genesee Turnpike (Route 5), Elbridge. The family will greet friends following the service. Contributions may be made to Hospice of CNY or Hospice of Marion County FL.
