Timothy C. M. Stone

Timothy Charles Michael Stone passed away on September 2, 2018in the comfort of his home.  Tim was born on March 14, 1984 in Syracuse, N.Y.  and graduated from the N.Y.S. School for the Blind. He was an active participant at the Westcott Dayhab and the Vineyard Church.Throughout his life, Tim blessed those around him with his winning smile, clever sense of humor, and friendly personality.

Tim is survived by his parents, Rev. Dr. James A. Stone and Mrs. Michelle (Charles) Buckle; his brother USAF Captain Daniel (Krista) Stone; his sisters, Kathryn (Nathan) McBride and Nicole Stone (Jake Simmons); his grandmothers, Mrs. Helen Stone and Mrs. Sylvia Raia; six nieces and nephews; many cousins, aunts and uncles; and his beloved staff and friends at Eastgate IRA and Westcott Dayhab.

A memorial service for family and friends will be held at the Vineyard Church 312 Lakeside Rd, Syracuse, NY on Friday September 7, 2018 at 6:30 pm.There will be a private graveside service at Onondaga Valley Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please give donations in Tim’s memory to Exceptional Family Resources, 1820 Lemoyne Ave. Syracuse, NY  13208 to support families who have children with disabilities or Hospice of CNY.
