Sandra N. (Naster) TenEyck

Sandra N. TenEyck  of Jordan passed away on Friday December 21st at the age of 78.  Sandy was born 3/2/1940 in Syracuse to Veronica (Kuciejewski) and Joseph Naster. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Arthur, and brother James Naster. Sandy is survived by her children, Kyle and Amy, grandsons, several nieces and nephews, her brother in law Stanley TenEyck Jr., and sister in law Marlene Naster.

In her younger years Sandy worked for NY Telephone, where she met her husband of 47 years, Arthur. Sandy was a loving mother to her two children, Kyle (fiancée Amanda Sandberg), and Amy (Shane) Pascal, and adoring grandmother to Brandon Meyers and Gavin TenEyck.

Sandy was a member of St. Patrick’s Church in Jordan, and worked many years for the Jordan Elbridge School District in the cafeterias. She was fond of the students, and made many good friends. Camping in the Adirondacks, and later at Edgewater campground in Sylvan Beach, is where you would find Sandy and Art during the summers prior to his long illness. 

Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Friday 1/4/19 at the Bush Funeral Home, 120 E. Main St. (Rt. 5), Elbridge. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated will be 10 am Saturday 1/5/19 in St. Patrick’s Church in Jordan. Spring burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.
