Marjorie "Dolly" (Wolfanger) Kenyon

On December 3rd, 2019, Marjorie “Dolly” J. Kenyon, 81, of Elbridge passed away at The Commons, Auburn. She was predeceased by her daughter, Joyce Merkely, parents Bertha and M. Lee Wolfanger, daughter-in-law Linda, sisters Lorraine and Alice, brothers Elwyn and Merlyn.

Surviving are her husband of 62 years, Howard, and children Sheila (Scott) Johnson, Donna (Martin) McClain, Gary Kenyon, Patsy (Kirk) Allen, Bruce (Shelly) Kenyon, Robert Evans, son-in-law Albert Merkley, sister Marilyn Wilson, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dolly worked various jobs, foster parenting for 7 years, Volunteer Firemen’s auxiliary 35 years, chairwoman of auxiliary craft shows, enjoyed attending bluegrass and country music events, playing Bingo and going to festivals and travelling to many countries throughout the world.

The Kenyon family wishes to thank the caregivers and all the staff that contributed to Dolly’s care over the years.

Calling hours will be 10am to noon Saturday Dec. 7th at the Bush Funeral Home, 120 E. Main St. (Rt. 5) Elbridge with a service to follow at noon with the Rev. Thomas Bell officiating. Spring burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Elbridge Vol. Fire Dept.
