Linda M. Morano, 68, of Baldwinsville passed away Friday at St. Joseph’s Hospital after becoming ill at home. Born in Syracuse, Linda lived in Memphis several years before moving to the Town of Clay. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Her faith and love of Jesus were a part of her everyday life. She was predeceased by her parents Thomas and Leatrice Morgan and Grandmother Mildred Vogelsang.
Surviving are her husband Rev. Joseph R. Morano, children Thomas E. Fredenburg, Scott L. (Tina) Fredenburg, Brian J. (Val Tilden) Morano, Michelle K. (Ed) Welch, and Marilee E. Morano, sisters Patricia (David) Needle, Carol (James) Varney, Mary Ellen (Ron) Salvetti, Lisa (Steve Gadoua) Morgan, and Paula (Kelly) Morgan, 17 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Services will be 10am Thursday, Sept. 6th in the Elbridge Community Church, Rev. Thomas Bell officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Calling hours will be 3-7pm Wednesday at the Bush Funeral Home 120 E. Main St. (Rt. 5) Elbridge. Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the American Heart Association.
