Jeffrey M. Green, 36, of Memphis passed away Sunday, March 25, 2018 at Auburn Community Hospital. Jeff was a life resident of the Jordan-Elbridge area. He loved fishing and sports especially SU. Surviving are his parents David and Deborah Green, 2 brothers David and Jason, a niece Jaklyn and a nephew Eric. Services will be at the convenience of the family with burial in Maple Grove Cemetery.
