Deborah M. Caster, 59 of Port Byron died Saturday following an automobile accident in Wayne County. Born in Auburn, Deb lived in Conquest for the past several years. She was a 1976 graduate of Auburn High School and a 1980 graduate of Eisenhower College. Deb worked for O’Brien & Gere Engineering Firm. She was the Conquest Court Clerk for the past 12 years and she was also currently helping in the Town Clerk’s office. Deb loved spending time outdoors- camping, swimming and kayaking. 

She was predeceased by her husband Gary in 2000.

Surviving are 2 sisters Kathleen Morgan and Crystal (Dan) Young, a brother Steven R. (Lisa) Morgan, step mother Barbara Morgan, 2 step sisters Kelly (Mike) Parker and Theresa McAuliffe, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Graveside services will be 11am Saturday in the Butler-Savannah Cemetery, Rt. 89. Calling hours will be 3-7pm Friday at the Bush Funeral Home 120 E. Main St. (Rt. 5) Elbridge. Contributions may be made to the Conquest Fire Dept. Inc. 10315 Slayton Rd. Port Byron, NY 13140
